The 19th EAHP Meeting was granted 34 European CME credits by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education (EACCME). European “CME” credits can be converted to the US CME Credits. Please visit the website of American Medical
Association (www.ama-assn.org). After completing the survey you will receive the CME certificate at the end of October 2018.
Pound Sterling is the currency in the United Kingdom and also known as British Pounds (£).Although the pound sterling is the official currency of Scotland, three of the Scottish retail banks (Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Scotland and Clydesdale Bank) issue their own banknotes. All of these are equivalent in value and can be used for cash purchases anywhere in Scotland. If you plan to use American Express, MasterCard or Visa Cards, you will find that credit cards and debits cards are widely accepted.

Letter of Invitation
Those persons needing an official invitation letter in order to attend the congress may contact MCI: email@example.com specifying the necessary details. This service is designed only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the congress. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
Photography, Audio, Video and Mobile Phone Policy
Audio, photo and video recording by any device (e. g. cameras, laptops, PDAs, mobile phones, watches) is strictly prohibited during all oral and poster sessions, unless prior permission is obtained from the congress organizer. Mobile phones must be in silent mode while attending sessions.
Smoking in the congress venue is prohibited by law.
It is your sole responsibility to take care of meeting visa requirements. If you require an entry visa, you should plan ahead and give the application procedure plenty of time. Please contact the nearest embassy or consulate to find out about guidelines and processing times for visa applications. Please note that the organizers will not contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
